What happens during the first consultation?

Your initial consultation (about two hours) is a deep dive into your health history, lifestyle, and current challenges. Together we create a tailored plan that may include lifestyle changes, mindfulness practices, and homeopathic remedies.

How much does it cost?

All pricing is listed on the [Booking Page]. Your first consultation is the longest (two hours), and follow-ups are typically 60 minutes. A free 15-minute introductory call is also available if you’d like to learn more before committing.

Do you work online or only in person?

I work primarily online via secure video calls, so clients from the U.S., U.K., Canada, and beyond can easily connect. All remedy costs and shipping (if required) are included in your care package.

How often will we meet?

Follow-up sessions are usually scheduled weekly at first, then bi-weekly or monthly as your progress stabilizes. Each case is unique, so we adapt the frequency to fit your needs.

Shipping remedies from Japan sounds complicated—how do you handle it?
